Job Summary: Job Description: PayPal, Inc. seeks Sr Manager, Performance Marketing in New York, NY Job Duties: Support PayPal in building a best-in-class measurement capabilities to that result in improved marketing effectiveness and ROI. Work closely with analytics, technology, and marketing functions to develop solutions and support change management that enable the organization to leverage analytical insights to make better planning and allocation decisions. Support senior team members in providing performance management updates to finance leadership. Formulate, develop, and implement solutions and tools (Marketing Mixed Model, Data-Driven Attribution, Incrementality Testing) to improve marketing measurement. Collaborate with marketing functions (e.g. integrated marketing, paid media, CRM) to develop learning agendas that will address their needs for new and ongoing in-market efforts. Analyze ongoing marketing performance results to identify trends and distill insights into actionable takeaways to support marketing teams in achieving defined business targets. Support our senior team members in delivering strategic findings and recommendations to executive leaders to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments. Provide updates to our finance leadership to demonstrate effective and efficient marketing investment management. Partial telecommuting may be permitted from within a commutable distance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business, Economics or a closely related field five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • Design and develop maintaining Marketing Mix Models including data collection, data cleansing, data analysis and reviewed model results (5 years)
  • Develop and implement incrementality testing, prepared test design and ensured holdouts (5 years)
  • Develop and design self service dashboards for portfolio and marketing performance tracking, enabled clients to monitor key trends and customer behavior metrics (2 years)
  • Hypothesize, design and implement marketing campaigns aimed at acquisition and customer engaging repeat usage (2 years)
  • Generate insights to influence marketing and business decisions, partnered with cross-functional stakeholders to align on key metrics and KPIs (4 years)
  • Work on Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to support leadership in decision making through data analyses and results presentations (5 years)
