About The Position

This Sr. Manager, People Operations will focus on proactively identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, optimize workflows, and fully leverage technology investments to maximize impact. This role will lead efforts in streamlining processes and driving operational excellence across our HR teams. Acting as a trusted partner and advisor, the People Operations Manager will also play a key role in managing projects that deliver measurable results and advance organizational goals. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and build this function internally as the company continues to grow. You’ll have the chance to put your own stamp on our processes, tools, and overall approach, influencing how we optimize and innovate HR operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, HR operations, or HR technology roles.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans, manage timelines, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Workday HCM experience is required.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing gaps.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and build partnerships across teams.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new tools and processes while building relationships with HR, IT, and business leaders.
  • Experience documenting workflows and creating clear, actionable plans for process enhancements.
  • Project management experience with a focus on driving measurable results.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Workday, iCims, Phenom, Paradox or other ATS platforms, or other HR systems or technologies, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions that improve workflows and maximize the value of our technology investments.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR process improvement initiatives, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, and post-implementation evaluation.
  • Serve as an internal advisor to HR functions, ensuring processes and tools align with organizational goals and reduce administrative burdens.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of HR technology and operations projects.
  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to create clarity and consistency in HR operations.
  • Research and analyze HR processes and tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with IT to prioritize HR technology enhancements, develop a technology roadmap with our IT Product team, and ensure alignment with HR goals, acting as a liaison to simplify communication and implementation.
  • Work closely with HR Analytics, IT and Finance to build business cases with strong business ROI.
  • Build and deliver training to HR team members on HR systems and processes, educating team members on new functionality, processes, and tools as needed.
  • Conduct research and perform system administrative tasks to support HR operations, ensuring effective utilization of HR systems.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on priorities and resource allocation for HR operations projects.
