About The Position

The Senior Manager, Partnership Strategy & Business Solutions plays a crucial role in the Corporate Partnerships department, focusing on storytelling, collaboration, and innovative solutions to enhance partnership performance. This position requires a data-savvy individual with strong creative and project management skills, responsible for developing impactful deliverables and driving results for corporate partners. The role involves liaising with various stakeholders, managing vendor relationships, conducting industry research, and overseeing digital partnership analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sports and entertainment with a focus on partnership strategy.
  • Knowledge of corporate partnership sales processes within entertainment organizations or professional sports teams.
  • Experience with partnership analytics platforms such as Nielsen, Blinkfire, and Google Ad Manager.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite products (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other creative programs.
  • Strong critical thinking and reasoning skills to synthesize complex information into compelling stories.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Operate as a change agent by providing timely solutions for partners and resources for the Partnership Development & Marketing teams.
  • Establish relationships within Corporate Partnerships and the wider organization to understand department initiatives and objectives.
  • Oversee the development of data-driven collateral that effectively communicates the value proposition for partners.
  • Architect integrated programs that leverage diverse inventory for cohesive campaigns for partners.
  • Support the management of external vendors and lead research projects that enhance storytelling potential.
  • Network with industry peers to capture best practices and share insights with the Partnerships team.
  • Manage Digital Partnership Analytics and provide coaching to the Digital Solutions team.
