The Senior Manager of Organizational Design & Effectiveness will develop high-performing organizations by improving how work flows across teams. You will partner with leaders to clarify operating models, align roles and decision rights, and ensure the organization is structured to deliver strategic priorities. You’ll lead organizational redesign efforts end-to-end, from leadership alignment through activation, using data and feedback to continuously improve how the organization works. Your leadership will help the organization operate with focus, speed, and adaptability, enabling better decisions and better outcomes. This role is about shaping how we work today while building the capabilities we need for what comes next.
