About The Position

The Installation & Billing team is responsible for managing the installation of new membership and maintaining the existing 3.8M members we currently serve in our commercial business. The Senior Manager of Operations will report to the Director of Operations. In this role you will lead multiple teams across Large and Small Group Renewal, IFP renewal, EDI and ID cards and focus on driving operational excellence to ensure our employer groups and members receive timely access to care, this includes the timely issuance of ID cards and the successful oversight and management of open enrollment. Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare or membership-based environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems.
• Experience in managing large teams and driving results.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with EDI processes and ID card issuance.
• Familiarity with open enrollment management.
• Background in commercial business operations.
