We are seeking a dynamic Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize our operational processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless daily operations, driving efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a proven ability to manage complex operations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience : Minimum of 8-10 years Prior experience in management or leadership roles, with a strong understanding of business operations and financial management.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and coordinate activities related to the production of goods and services, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and minimize costs, while ensuring that all departments work cohesively towards the company's objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality of service, continuously seeking ways to improve processes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages productivity and employee engagement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, managing risks associated with operations.
  • Performance Evaluation: Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, evaluating and improving operational and financial performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance, to ensure alignment and support for organizational goals.
