The Sr. Manager, Operations Planning, Performance, & Workforce Management ("Sr. Manager, Operations") will be responsible for leading various operational processes and initiatives to drive improvements to financial targets, client-facing goals, and operational efficiency metrics. The role will report to the Assistant Vice President of Operations. The Sr. Manager, Operations will help drive improvements to operational processes and respond to trends in various metric categories (productivity, financial, clinical, patient satisfaction). This role will enhance thought leadership within the broader clinical operations organization, bringing perspectives on how to meet operational and financial performance objectives.
