About The Position

Leads Operational Excellence and Software Development Quality Assurance initiatives within the Office of the CIDO. This role is accountable for improving operational efficiency, ensuring high-quality Product delivery, and driving governance and compliance through standardized processes. Oversee process management, quality assurance, testing execution, and IT General Controls (ITGC) to support reliable, compliant, and effective technology operations. Partners with leadership and stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives, maintain quality standards, and promote continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Six (6) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Leads the design, implementation, and optimization of business and IT processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Conducts process assessments, identifies improvement opportunities, and implements best practices to streamline workflows and reduce redundancies
  • Develops, monitors, and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
  • Leads product quality assurance and testing, managing end-to-end testing activities to ensure high-quality application delivery
  • Maintains robust QA environments and drives test automation to reduce defects and improve quality
  • Leads governance and compliance initiatives, including IT General Controls (ITGC), compliance reviews, and audit support
  • Ensures roles and authorization testing and supports cybersecurity-related testing requirements
  • Leads change management efforts related to process improvement, quality assurance, and testing initiatives.
  • Demonstrate effective relationship management and collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Lead change efforts related to process improvements, quality initiatives, and testing practices.
  • Promote learning agility, ownership, and continuous improvement mindset within the team.
