About The Position

The DC Sr. Operations Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations and is responsible for the daily operations of the assigned function within the DC. Assigned functions within the DC include Receiving, Picking, and Shipping.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• High School diploma is required.
• 5 years distribution experience.
• 3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage DC staff in assigned function. Includes staffing, training, operations, discipline, and other personnel issues.
• Ensure a safe work environment.
• Establish goals and metrics for functional area and drive the team to meet or exceed these goals and metrics.
• Establish SOPs in functional area and lead team in the execution of these SOPs.
• Ensure area is clean and free of hazards.
• Ensure that excellent customer satisfaction with on-time delivery and achieving accuracy metrics.
