Our Operational Excellence team has a mandate to optimize capital cost and execution schedule performance on future renewables projects through delivery of strategic levers. You will be tasked with working with business leaders to identify opportunities for transformative ideas and responsible for the delivery of the ideas that have the highest value. The Senior Manager, Operational Excellence role you will make an important contribution to the analysis, design, and implementation of initiatives, developing tailor-made solutions and working closely with business leaders to ensure positive impact and sustained results. You will be responsible for optimizing capital cost and execution schedule performance of the three primary technologies deployed in the US (Wind, Solar, Storage) through the delivery of multiple initiatives.
