As the Operational Excellence Senior Manager, Transactional Processes, you will be a Core Member of a function or multi-function Team representing Operational Excellence to plan and execute process improvement objectives supporting the Global Supply Chain, Supply Management, and Customer Care organizations. These objectives encompass specific operational performance targets, as well as the development and training of employees to foster a sustainable culture of continuous improvement. You will partner closely with cross-functional leaders in the Global Supply Chain, Supply Management, and Customer Care organizations to drive strategic and sustainable improvement efforts. By developing the skills and competencies of our teams to deliver life-saving products, you will be at the forefront of Medtronic's mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.
