The Senior Manager of Local Purveyor Recruitment & Development leads the strengthening and development of our Boar’s Head Brand national DSD route to market system through strategic thought, creative solutions, and innovative thinking. Incumbent will own the responsibility to develop and execute a strong and stable route infrastructure of local purveyors through collaboration of internal and external cross functional teams. The individual will manage distribution recruiting practices that continuously maintains a healthy level of available candidates for both company routes and independent local purveyor route transitions. Core capabilities to be successful include relationship building, influencing skills and financial acumen.
