About The Position
As the Senior Manager of eCommerce, you'll lead the digital strategy and execution for The Hemp Company's growing portfolio of hemp-derived THC products, including Select Zero Proof seltzers, Formula X energy drinks, and Select THC gummies. This role is responsible for optimizing performance and driving revenue across our DTC website, DoorDash, and additional online retail platforms. The Hemp Company launched in June 2024 as Curaleaf's dedicated hemp division, with products available nationwide online, in 100+ Total Wine & More stores, and through on-demand delivery platforms. We're looking for a tech-savvy, results-driven leader with a strong understanding of the digital customer journey and a passion for scaling disruptive CPG brands.
