About The Position

Requirements

  • 7+ years in curriculum design, instructional leadership, or content development, ideally in Ed Tech or the beauty/wellness industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and organize complex projects.
  • Proficiency in digital content development tools and learning management systems (LMS).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in adult education or the beauty/wellness industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools and multimedia content development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of innovative curriculum materials and online courses tailored to the needs of students and beauty professionals.
  • Ensure instructional content aligns with industry trends, state standards, and licensure requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate research, tools, and technology into course offerings.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Content Managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in curriculum design and content development.
  • Establish and maintain high standards for instructional quality, including pedagogy and content accuracy.
  • Collaborate with industry experts and educators to ensure curriculum meets professional standards.
  • Lead curriculum development projects from inception through launch, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Identify trends in beauty education and ed-tech, incorporating new instructional methods and tools.
