About The Position

Requirements

  • Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and organize complex projects.
  • Proficiency in digital content development tools and learning management systems.

  • Experience in adult education or the beauty/wellness industry.
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools and multimedia content integration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of innovative curriculum materials and instructional programs for beauty education.

  • Supervise and mentor a team of Content Managers and SMEs in curriculum design and content development.
  • Establish high standards for instructional quality, including pedagogy and content accuracy.
  • Review and refine curriculum methods to ensure engagement and alignment with learning principles.
  • Collaborate with industry experts and educators to meet professional standards.
  • Lead curriculum development projects ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage resources across the curriculum team, including timelines and budgets.
  • Identify trends in beauty education and incorporate new instructional methods.
