About The Position

The Sr. Manager of Curriculum and Instruction at Cengage Group will lead the development of curriculum and educational resources for Milady, focusing on the beauty industry. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years in curriculum design, instructional leadership, or content development, ideally in Ed Tech or beauty/wellness industry.
• Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and organize complex projects.
• Proficiency in digital content development tools and learning management systems.

• Experience in adult education or the beauty/wellness industry.
• Familiarity with e-learning tools and multimedia content integration.

Responsibilities
