About The Position
The Sr Manager of Account Management leads a team of Account Managers across Arcoro's SMB and mid-market customer base. This role emphasizes creative solutioning, and maximizing revenue opportunities through cross-sell, upsell, and retention efforts. The manager will guide the team in identifying growth opportunities, ensuring accountability for deliverables, and driving superior outcomes for our top-tier customers. Additionally, this leader will work with management and revenue operations to refine processes and remove barriers, empowering the team to deliver exceptional service and results. They will be responsible for handling escalations, customer concession requests and for pursuing and securing positive outcomes.
