The Sr. Manager, NH Interconnection, Activation, and Customer Care is responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience for New Homes customers from the closing of a home until their solar systems are activated. This role focuses on optimizing processes, policies, tools, and systems to enhance performance, particularly in the PTO (Permission to Operate) processes. The leader will manage a team to oversee system activation, address customer issues post-activation, and develop scalable processes that align with company goals.
