The Sr. Manager, Monitoring and Analytics will develop and execute monitoring controls and reporting for all facets of Managed Solutions. This role involves partnering closely with client services, technology, risk, and legal associates to implement reporting and forensic frameworks that will validate the accuracy and precision of calculations and transactions. The Sr. Manager will also work closely with fellow Default Solutions Team members and other associates on root cause analysis, mitigation, and validation. The position supports the conception, definition, and development of key capabilities and features of the model management system and maintains a holistic set of controls to support the flawless execution of the RetirePlus Series, detecting and mitigating issues early to prevent broad impact.
