About This Role This role is primarily responsible for responding to Medical Information inquiries by creating associated Standard and Non-Standard materials. The position functions in an across-the-globe capacity (beyond that of the typical Local or Global Medical structures). As such, being part of this team means working in an environment with very high operational, scientific, regulatory and compliance-related complexities. This role has secondary responsibility to represent Medical Information as part of cross-functional communication teams. Medical booth staffing at scientific congress meetings is also within the remit of this role. What You’ll Do Create responses to unsolicited Medical Information inquiries. Proactively create Standard Responses for use by the frontline contact center. Training the contact center and the broader Medical team on therapeutic area-specific Medical Information content and processes. Monitor trends in Med Info data and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders. Support audit readiness activities. Who You Are You are someone with an excellent understanding of scientific content along with its subsequent clinical application. You have strong attention to detail and are operationally savvy. You have a natural curiosity for continued learning with the ethics and drive to hold yourself and your work to high quality standards.
