Reporting to the Senior Director, Media Strategy & Planning, this role will help oversee media strategy and activation connected to Xfinity's Partnerships/Sponsorships. This includes but not limited to the Olympics, NASCAR, Gaming, NBA/WNBA and other professional sports league or entertainment properties. The role will also partner with the Paid Social team to develop and continuously evolve our Creator strategy. The Senior Manager will help manage specific Creator campaigns to raise awareness and consideration for the brand as well as drive innovation and growth in our media tactics with the ultimate goal of driving demand for our products and services.

Requirements

  • Must have experience working in media buying and media strategy across traditional and digital channels.
  • Able to work cross functionally with both internal and external teams.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Must be innovative, proactive and a strong team player.
  • Work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale initiatives from conception to completion.
  • Strong ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely through narrative-driven presentations and effective data visualizations to executives and decision-makers.
  • Strategic and solution-focused mindset, with a proven ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Resourceful self-starter with a proven ability to take initiative, make decisions, and adapt to diverse management styles.
  • Capable of transforming raw data into meaningful and impactful recommendations.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel and building presentation decks.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maximize partnership amplification opportunities aligned with company and business objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment on goals, deliverables, and performance metrics.
  • Partner closely with IMC and Partnerships teams to ensure coordination of media with creative efforts, content and experiential marketing to maximize impact.
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and refine comprehensive Creator strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand goals.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize media strategies based on performance data, market trends, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage project execution, including integrated sponsorships and content development across TV, Digital, Social, Print, Events, and other emerging and interactive platforms.
  • Lead the development and execution of Creator-driven campaigns, from concept to execution and analysis.
  • Work closely with our media agency and outside partners to negotiate, plan and execute media elements tied to Partnerships/Sponsorships.
  • Execute against plans based on consumer insights, audience segments, business and brand objectives to deliver cross platform media strategies throughout the consumer journey.
  • Bring creativity and ideation capabilities to drive unique consumer engagement strategies.
  • Stay abreast of innovation and changes taking place in the media space and proactively bring opportunities forward.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
