Our Space, Superiority and Imaging Division is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic engineering Technical Manager to provide both technical expertise and people leadership to an analysis-focused cross-functional engineering team. Our Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance solutions serve a broad array of government, civil, and commercial customers by enhancing information superiority, contributing to our national security and providing actionable data for the protection of property and human life. We specialize in high-reliability airborne and space-based remote sensing payloads that offer active and motion imaging and data processing, exploitation and dissemination. We also provide solutions that map and monitor the earth for a variety of commercial and governmental users. The ideal candidate for this role is one who thrives in both technical and managerial arenas. The team itself is responsible for hardware engineering analysis on complex opto-mechanical systems and precision mechanisms in a program team environment. The Technical Manager provides program support and technical leadership throughout the product development lifecycle of our systems. This individual will execute as a functional leader for the team through technical guidance, mentorship, resource allocation, process improvements, budget allocation and strategic planning. Candidate must be well versed in thermal analysis or structural analysis for space-based payloads and ability to work independently or within a multi-disciplined team environment.
