About The Position

In this role, you will be at the forefront of defining and implementing Master Data Management (MDM) strategies that ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of core data systems. By leading a talented team of MDM professionals, you will drive significant improvements in data governance and quality standards. This position requires collaboration across various departments to align MDM initiatives with the overall business objectives. You'll take charge of overseeing global data practices and ensure the successful delivery of enterprise-level data solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Programming, Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Master Data Management technologies.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Data Platforms and Analytics.
  • Prior experience managing a global team.
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare industries.
  • Expertise in SAP and Reltio Master Data Management.
  • Experience managing remote teams and delivering quality solutions.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based platforms.
  • Familiarity with OKRs and KPIs.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement master data management strategies utilizing SAP and Reltio platforms.
  • Lead and mentor a team of MDM professionals focused on data quality improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data governance policies.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise master data management solutions.
