As a Senior Manager, Marketing, reporting to the General Manager, this role is responsible for leading the creation of all strategic marketing plans for Mondo product launches and brand initiatives. The Senior Manager, Marketing will work closely with cross-functional teams to align on messaging, goals, and objectives, then work with those teams to develop engaging outbound marketing campaigns aligned to those objectives. The ideal candidate can analyze data and insights to inform the plan, while also understanding human truths that serve as the backbone for meaningful, sticky marketing activations. They see the world through a consumer lens and create programs that resonate with the right audience, at the right time while guiding the channel marketing functions as they build into the holistic strategy. They are tapped into pop culture, fandom and the modern media landscape, always pushing through and pushing forward while bringing others along.
