THE ROLE: The Sr. Manager, Manufacturing Quality will be responsible of Xylem’s Water Solutions & Services (WSS) quality, tools, processes, procedures and initiatives to reduce the Cost Of Poor Quality (COPQ) within the segment’s manufacturing facilities. This role will be responsible for leading quality assurance, control, and warranty management for our products and services. The incumbent will establish and maintain quality standards, drive continuous improvement and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product/service reliability, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
