About The Position

POSITION PURPOSE Lead all maintenance operations in support of maintenance teams across multiple manufacturing sites across the enterprise. Additionally, sets long-term strategy, capital planning, and organizational development across multiple locations. RESPONSIBILITIES The primary responsibilities of this position include the development of enterprise strategy for the maintenance and technical services function and ensuring operational excellence of maintenance teams across the enterprise. This role will focus on fostering key relationships with customers, vendors, and contractors in representing Andersen's enterprise maintenance requirements. Create and align the vision for the customer centric maintenance management model and structure across the enterprise. Lead and drive execution of the model to ensure consistent application within maintenance teams across other plants/sites. Defines core principles related to maintenance technology management, support and standards. Leads the maintenance technology strategy to ensure alignment with electrical engineering, CNC, and robotics technology. Responsible for identifying and achieving KPI goals and standards down to plant level maintenance teams. Leads and implements standardized PM/TPM and reliability maintenance processes across other plants/sites. Leads enterprise maintenance talent planning and strategies. Develops leadership talent to include recruitment and retention strategies. Actively builds talent pipeline and career growth methods down to maintenance technician level. Ensures MRO buying strategies are developed and aligned across other plants/sites. Creates standards for maintenance planning tools/methods in conjunction with central stores processes and parts inventory strategy. Champions behavior-based safety initiatives down through the maintenance organization. Leads by example in demonstrating safety as a priority. Drives safety compliance programs (training, committees, awareness) throughout the enterprise maintenance organization. Responsible for financial performance of the maintenance organizations. Leads cost savings efforts in regard to all functional aspects (labor, supplies/equipment, capital, vendor/contractor, technology). Effective budget and expense management Provides guidance and leads internal equipment build strategy execution. Identifies opportunities to leverage equipment build capability to improve manufacturing operations.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in engineering, technology, or management; MS preferred.
  • 12+ years experience; senior leadership or multi-site responsibility
  • Strong matrix organization management, coaching and planning skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in providing leadership coaching and development.
  • Proven business strategy development and execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong business and financial acumen
