Fanatics' Senior Manager, Loyalty Analytics will lead the insights and measurement engine for the Fanatics ONE program and our loyalty currency FanCash. This role will own the loyalty analytics roadmap, guiding strategy through data-driven insights while ensuring seamless benefit delivery. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, the Senior Manager will translate analytics into clear actions that drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value, while building scalable dashboards, leading a high-performing team, and partnering cross-functionally across the Fanatics ecosystem.
