Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform; with our loyalty currency FanCash and loyalty program Fanatics ONE that connects fandom across the ecosystem. We're building an integrated, personalized, and immersive loyalty experience across all Fanatics businesses, igniting the power of sports to foster connections, inspire change, and drive community. Fanatics' Senior Manager, Loyalty Analytics will lead the insights and measurement engine for the Fanatics ONE program and our loyalty currency FanCash. This role will own the loyalty analytics roadmap, guiding strategy through data-driven insights while ensuring seamless benefit delivery. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, the Senior Manager will translate analytics into clear actions that drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value, while building scalable dashboards, leading a high-performing team, and partnering cross-functionally across the Fanatics ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in loyalty, customer, or marketing analytics, with a track record of influencing program design and customer strategy through data.
  • Strong communicator with experience distilling complex data into clear narratives and recommendations for executive stakeholders.
  • Proven people leader with experience developing analytics talent and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Advanced expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), with the ability to design self-serve loyalty dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with customer segmentation, retention analysis, and lifetime value modeling; knowledge of statistical programming (R, Python) is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple high-impact initiatives under tight deadlines.
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with agility to pivot as business priorities evolve.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive loyalty analytics strategy to uncover insights that enhance overall lifetime value for Fanatics ONE members and FanCash users.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and the strategy & ops teams, translating data into actionable insights, setting loyalty KPIs, and forecasting loyalty initiatives across the Fanatics ecosystem.
  • Support loyalty benefit delivery by developing reinvestment strategies, maintaining member preference data, and managing customer lists to enable personalized gifting and experiences.
  • Own the loyalty analytics roadmap for FanCash and Fanatics ONE, balancing near-term business needs with longer-term innovation in customer lifetime value.
  • Measure benefit adoption, redemption, and measure member sentiment and satisfaction to inform optimization of future offerings.
  • Design and implement scalable dashboards and executive scorecards that track program performance, FanCash utility, and member engagement, making data accessible and decision-ready.
  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, building expertise in loyalty measurement, behavioral analysis, and customer lifecycle modeling.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Data Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Commercial teams to embed loyalty analytics into broader business strategies and deliver integrated solutions.
