About The Position

The Senior Manager of Logistics Transformation role is responsible for driving significant changes within logistics operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance aligned to organizational strategy. The primary responsibility is to serve in a leadership role for the development and execution of the business plan for process optimization, service performance enhancement, and integration of 3rd Party Service Providers for overall logistics improvement. In addition to delivering results, this role is expected to lead the creation of global program standards for the management of 3rd Party Logistics service partners in collaboration with cross-functional leads from operations, IT, finance, and human resources. This position reports to the Senior Director, Transformation Logistics, and is based out of either Bozeman, MT, Irvine, CA, San Diego, CA, or Logan, UT offices.
