The Sr. Manager, Learning Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and execution of the organization's learning operations ensuring successful delivery, optimal learner experience, and alignment with business goals by managing the operational aspects of the Learning Center of Excellence including process optimization, project management, technology and vendor relationships, and team performance metrics while collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address needs across the organization.
