As the Senior Manager of IT for Retail Applications at Constellation, you will play a pivotal role in the development and support of technology solutions that cater to our Commercial Retail Applications, Services, and Products. This position requires you to engage closely with the Director of Commercial Business Applications and the VP of Business Applications to create a strategic technology plan that aligns with business needs while leveraging standard enterprise architectures. You will be responsible for leading a team of IT professionals who serve as the primary point of contact for business clients, ensuring that their processes and technology requirements are well understood and effectively translated into appropriate technology solutions. Your role will involve maintaining and enhancing applications and systems that support the Commercial Retail Business, ensuring that they deliver world-class performance and service. You will also lead the execution of IT projects of varying sizes, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, you will participate in the overall leadership of the Information Technology organization, fostering a culture of collaboration, diversity, and continuous learning among your team members. Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key IT vendors and managing vendor contracts will also be a critical aspect of your responsibilities. In this position, you will manage a substantial budget exceeding $15 million annually, justifying and prioritizing project investments in collaboration with business clients. Your leadership will drive process improvements and the adoption of standard management practices that achieve sustainable top quartile cost and performance levels. You will also evaluate the performance of IT personnel, providing coaching and promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
