Responsible for leading all Level 1, 2, & 3 IT Support Services personnel/teams across several operating locations. Must understand and support computer needs for 3000+ end users across 5 Divisions and a headquarters support staff. Helps translate enterprise needs into strategy, and then into action. Collaborates closely with all areas of IT - i.e. Applications, Infrastructure, & Cybersecurity - to ensure proper planning and implementation of IT activities. Monitors and reports operational impact of IT service interruptions and outages to users. Reports to the Senior Director of IT Operations.
