Measuring and analyzing the success of innovation initiatives, collecting feedback, and iterating through the process as necessary to foster continuous improvement will be essential. Lastly, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to direct reports and colleagues on innovative approaches and best practices, maintaining a ‘think outside of the box' mindset to bring innovation and transformation for on-premise and cloud workloads and infrastructure as a whole.
