About the Role Gap Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Events to lead the planning, production, and execution of our most meaningful internal moments. This role owns end-to-end of select corporate and employee events—ensuring they are executed seamlessly, feel intentional and inclusive, and reinforce our culture and values. Operating within the Global Brand Experience team, this role works in close partnership with our Creative and Experiential leads to bring creative direction to life through polished, well-run experiences. You will own top tier internal events, build playbooks to scale globally, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure messaging, flow, and execution align to company priorities and creative brand standards. This is a senior, hands-on role for a strong operator who brings calm leadership, precision, and a deep understanding of how live moments shape employee experience.
