The Cox Enterprises Intelligent Automation (IA) and AI Solutions team is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager, Intelligent Automation Engineering, to lead and advance our IA program. In this role, you will manage a team of IA engineers, oversee the design and execution of IA solutions, and collaborate with product teams and business stakeholders to achieve impactful outcomes. The ideal candidate brings expertise in IA technologies (RPA, OCR/IDP, NLP, AI/ML, Process Mining) and a proven track record of driving automation initiatives that deliver business value. This senior leadership position requires both technical proficiency and strategic vision. This is an Atlanta-based role and candidates must be willing to work in a hybrid work setting with a few days per week in the office.
