The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, reporting to the Senior Director, Integrated Marketing, will serve as a key driver of JCPenney’s brand and marketing campaigns, acting as the connection between strategy, creative, media, and execution teams. This role partners closely with internal cross functional partners, owned channel teams, and agency partners to bring 360 integrated campaigns to life, ensuring alignment across the Integrated Agency Team (IAT) and delivering cohesive, compelling customer experiences. You will translate brand strategy into actionable marketing plans, activate thinking across owned, earned, and paid channels, oversee the development of creative briefs, manage campaign timelines, and ensure flawless execution across media, social, PR, in store, and digital channels.
