The Sr. Manager, Information Technology - Technical Services is an office onsite support leadership position within Information Technology. The position will provide leadership to the onsite teams at Rheem facilities involved in fulfilling user PC needs, incident and request management, and asset management. The onsite team members are responsible for advanced support for desktop/laptop computers and peripherals, which includes installation, diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and upgrades to all hardware, software, and peripheral equipment while ensuring optimal performance. The onsite teams are also responsible for monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting network connectivity and reliability issues related to the office as well as audio/visual issues. This role will also manage PC refresh across the global environment and will be responsible for managing and tracking assets accurately across the business. The Sr. Manager, Information Technology - Technical Services is expected to interface regularly with key stakeholders at each location and track successful completion of incidents, request, and projects by the local onsite IT support team. This role will also be heavily involved in major incident management communications and coordination to resolve priority 1 incidents. This person will be expected to provide inputs on improvements across the End User Services areas and assist with automation efforts to transform workplace services. This position will be focused on the main US office locations and will have direct reports in Ft Smith, AR, Montgomery, AL, Atlanta, GA, O'Fallon, MO and Waterbury, CT. The role will interface with other key contacts for global offices to ensure consistency of setup, process, and support. The role may expand to include direct supervision of these sites in the future. This position will serve our Enterprise Division, located in Atlanta, GA (Onsite).
