About The Position
The Sr. Manager, Indirect Procurement is responsible for driving value for the organization and ensuring effective performance of indirect procurement processes and stakeholders. This position reports to the Global Director, Procurement and is part of the Global Strategic Procurement function located in Indianapolis, IN and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the advancement of global procurement as a member of the Global Strategic Procurement Leadership Team, continuously develop, implement, and improve global, cross-functional procurement strategies for indirect goods and services, inspire and lead a matrixed cross-functional indirect procurement team, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop negotiation strategies and provide direct support for high-value negotiations.
