Position Summary: Samyang America is building a next-generation Innovation Lab focused on architectural, disruptive, and radical innovation. We are seeking a Senior Manager of Incubation Marketing & Commercialization to lead rapid market validation and go-to-market experimentation across a portfolio of breakthrough initiatives. This is not a traditional brand role. This is a venture-style commercialization role focused on testing, learning, and building scalable business models from early-stage concepts.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years experience in CPG marketing, innovation, or venture incubation
  • Proven experience launching new products or brands
  • Experience running in-market tests and pilot commercialization efforts
  • Strong understanding of pricing, channel strategy, and consumer segmentation
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
  • Experience in innovation labs or venture studios
  • DTC or digital-first brand experience
  • Experience in food, beverage, or consumer health categories
  • MBA or equivalent commercial leadership experience

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute rapid market experiments (DTC pilots, limited retail tests, digital trials)
  • Define value proposition, pricing, and positioning hypotheses
  • Identify early adopter segments and validate demand
  • Translate consumer feedback into iteration plans
  • Develop early business model architecture
  • Prepare successful initiatives for transition into core business
  • Partner cross-functionally with R&D and Insights on learning loops
