The Sr. Manager, IEI Engineering leads a multidisciplinary team to drive complex product and process projects from concept to completion. With exceptional communication skills, this leader inspires teams to tackle challenges and deliver impactful results. They confidently present technical and business updates to stakeholders, while partnering across product, business, HR, and engineering to shape strategy and grow talent. Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience : 15+ years of engineering experience; 3+ years of management experience.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Project Success Lead all facets of the engineering group, providing technical oversight across diverse product lines and disciplines. Align team capabilities with business goals, ensuring engineering talent supports product strategies and roadmaps. Proactively fill knowledge and staffing gaps by sourcing internal and external expertise. Partner across departments to secure critical resources and drive project momentum.
  • Strategic Administration Guide managers to deliver peak performance, stepping in when course correction is needed. Craft and execute strategic plans that align technical capacity with evolving business needs. Build forward-looking workforce plans to anticipate future demands. Oversee budgets and expenses to ensure financial discipline across the function.
  • Optimize Group Performance Continuously evaluate and develop technical talent to sustain high-impact results. Monitor project metrics and milestones, identifying opportunities to accelerate performance and outcomes.

  • Compensation : The expected annual base salary range for this role is $155,000 - $185,000. This role qualifies for an incentive plan based on individual and company performance.
