About The Position

The Senior HRIS Manager will lead the strategic implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors across the organization. This role is responsible for evaluating HRIS solutions, developing frameworks for configuration and data management, and driving adoption and standardization of SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with HR and IT teams to enhance HR processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in HRIS project management, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors in a global setting.
  • Proven experience in HRIS implementations and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Expertise in SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, LMS, PMGM, etc.).
  • Experience with data migration, system configuration, and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with business process improvement and automation.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and recommend SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned with business strategy.
  • Develop and implement configuration guidelines, data governance, and automation frameworks.
  • Lead SuccessFactors module rollouts and upgrades (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning).
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to optimize workflows and system usage.
  • Drive system adoption and standardization across departments.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical support and training to HR and end-users.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external consultants.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and change management initiatives.
