About The Position

Total Wine & More is seeking a Senior Manager, HRIS & Analytics to join our Human Resources team in our Bethesda, MD office. This role plays a pivotal role in managing HR reporting and data analytics that drive data driven business decisions. The HRIS team is responsible for working cross-functionally with IT and HR leaders on the maintenance and enhancement of HR systems, reporting, and process improvements, while ensuring compliance and data integrity across HR platforms. This role reports to the Senior Director, Total Rewards & Compliance. You will Implement and maintain HRIS systems and related platforms to support HR operations. Partner with HR and business teams to optimize system functionality and user experience. Ensures data accuracy, security, and compliance with governance policies and regulations. Develop and deliver HR data reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights. Manage vendor relationships for HR technology solutions and assist with contract administration. Lead and develop a nimble HRIS team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Stay informed on HR technology trends and recommend enhancements to systems and processes. You will come with Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience preferred. 7+ of progressive experience in HRIS administration and HR technology, with 2–3 years in a leadership role preferred. Strong understanding of HR processes including payroll, benefits, talent management, and reporting. Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or similar systems. Familiarity with recruitment, talent management, workforce planning, and compensation processes. Experience managing HRIS projects such as system implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Knowledge of data governance principles and HR compliance requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams. Requirements

  • 7+ of progressive experience in HRIS administration and HR technology, with 2–3 years in a leadership role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes including payroll, benefits, talent management, and reporting.
