The Sr Manager - HR Business Partner will perform a variety of activities including but not limited to: managing a team of HR Business Partners, providing comprehensive HR support by developing and implementing HR strategies for their client groups, diagnosing organizational effectiveness gaps, designing and deploying interventions that enhance organizational effectiveness, managing financial considerations and business/employee risk, driving the talent management processes, and engaging with HR core platforms. The role also involves partnering directly with employees, managers, and business leaders to resolve HR issues, providing relevant and timely people analytics to the business, and participating in key projects/initiatives. The position requires a thorough understanding of the company's strategy, business operations, culture, and competition, along with collaboration with other HR functions and leadership.
