The Sr Manager - HR Business Partner will perform a variety of activities including but not limited to managing a team of HR Business Partners, providing comprehensive HR support by developing and implementing HR strategies for their client groups, diagnosing organizational effectiveness gaps, designing and deploying interventions that enhance organizational effectiveness, managing financial considerations and business/employee risk, driving the talent management processes, engaging and utilizing HR core platforms, performing operational activities in selection, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits and systems, and partnering directly with employees, managers, and business leaders to resolve HR issues. The role also involves providing relevant and timely people analytics to the business, participating in key projects/initiatives, ensuring compliance with HR and company policies, and building strong working relationships within HR and other areas of the company.
