About The Position

As part of Labcorp's HR Technology team, the Sr. Manager, HR Technology (Workday PATT) requires deep technical expertise in the Workday application with a focus on Payroll / Absence / Time Tracking. The successful candidate will possess leadership capabilities to manage a team of Analysts and/or Solutions Managers and will have a proactive approach to enhancing the Workday landscape. This role will be responsible for system configuration, process automation, experience optimization, and ensuring the platform scales and evolves with business needs. This position will be our Workday subject matter expert (SME) on all things Workday PATT. The overall objective of this role is to lead the research, analysis, design, and implementation of configuration that elevates payroll, absence & time tracking practices. This role is focused on close collaboration with partners in payroll, HR, and Finance, offering both technical expertise and strategic advice to address complex business issues and develop long term solutions. In this role, you will support the enterprise Workday solutions of US Payroll, HCM/Core payroll setup for global payroll integrations, global Absence, and Time Tracking. The ideal candidate must have hands-on configuration experience of Workday for a large-scale global environment and will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions.
