As part of Labcorp's HR Technology team, the Sr. Manager, HR Technology (Recruiting & Talent Management) requires deep technical expertise in the Workday application with a focus on Talent Management and hiring solutions (Workday Recruiting). The successful candidate will possess leadership capabilities to manage a team of Analysts and/or Solutions Managers and will have a proactive approach to enhancing the Workday landscape. This role will oversee system enhancements, integrations, and automation efforts to drive efficiency and improve the employee and candidate experience. This position will be our Workday subject matter expert (SME) on all things Workday Recruiting & Talent Management and related business process configuration. The overall objective of this role is to lead the research, analysis, design, and implementation of configuration that elevates employee, and manager experiences and drives business efficiencies. The Sr. Manager, HR Technology (Recruiting & Talent Management) will partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to ensure that Workday is effectively enabling workforce strategies. This role will balance run and maintain responsibilities with continuous improvement and innovation initiatives in support of Labcorp's People Strategy. This SME Leader will support the existing build, drive implementation of enhancements, and deliver net new functionality by understanding user needs, translating those into business and functional requirements, and building streamlined and effective processes supporting technical design, testing and deployment to provide scalable solutions and a best-in-class user experience.
