The Sr. Manager of HR Operations owns the operational, compliance, and governance functions of Human Resources. This role is accountable for the design, execution, and continuous improvement of HR operations across the employee lifecycle, with direct ownership of HR compliance, immigration, audit, and compliance training. The Sr. Manager ensures the organization operates in full compliance with employment and immigration regulations, maintains audit readiness, and builds a strong culture of compliance through effective training and controls. This role partners closely with HR leadership, Legal, Finance, IT, and business leaders while serving as the primary authority for HR operational risk management.
