About The Position

In this role, you will be based in our Americas head office in Lone Tree, CO. This role is hybrid, requiring you to be in the office 2 days per week minimum, with 3 days per week working from home. This role is accountable for driving new service revenue growth through the development and execution of innovative strategies that deepen recipient and professional engagement and deliver measurable business impact. Success requires strong cross-functional leadership and close collaboration with key stakeholders across Marketing, Recipient Services, IT, Customer Experience, Legal, CTLD, and Operations. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Recipient Services, this role will evolve to lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals—driving strategic initiatives and scaling execution to deliver measurable business impact.
