Overview This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies that expand the company's market presence, revenue, and customer base. This role ensures efficiency and velocity throughout the marketing and sales funnel (MQL to SQL), owns the health of the marketing technology stack, and guarantees data accuracy for reporting and attribution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, web marketing, and product marketing.
  • 10+ years of experience in managerial experience.
  • While experience at a Marketing Agency is valuable, significant client-side experience.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and launch new demand generation channels and strategic market expansion initiatives with a focus on non-paid growth strategies.
  • Own the health, maintenance, and optimization of the core MarTech platform, ensuring seamless integration with CRM and data systems.
  • Define and enforce lead flow, scoring, qualification, and routing logic to maximize MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.
  • Oversee the data and reporting infrastructure, ensuring accurate marketing attribution across all channels.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and proactively adjust strategies to capture market opportunities.
  • Formulate lead generation strategies across marketing media.
  • Direct and manage major lead generation programs, including SEM, and digital marketing to drive results.
  • Recruit, select, hire, and evaluate performance of personnel to ensure all department needs are handled appropriately.
  • Counsel and develop staff for personal and corporate advancement through career development, training programs and other resources as required for professional advancement.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring ROI and alignment with company financial objectives
