About The Position

Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, the Senior Manager of Global Renewals plays a pivotal role in steering Poppulo's Renewals team towards its global mission. This position involves leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Renewal managers across different regions to ensure the successful renewal of customer contracts. The primary objective is to retain customers, enhance their lifetime value, and contribute to global renewals efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Manager of Renewals Role
  • Experience in operations within an IT or SaaS environment
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce; Salesforce Case Management is a plus
  • Highly team-focused

  • Strong analytical skills, disciplined attention to detail, highly organized, and thorough
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Support the VP of Customer Operations Strategy & Transformation in executing Global Renewals strategies, Price Optimization Programs, Retention, and Forecasting.
  • Lead the global team in the delivery of our standardized methodology for handling renewals and providing guidance on improvements to the renewals process.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with Renewal team members globally, offering mentorship and support on customer renewals and negotiations.
  • Provide regular, clear, and practical feedback to Renewals Managers.
  • Act as a trusted escalation point for the team, collaborators, and customers when renewal risks arise.
  • Identify areas for improvement in renewals processes, efficiency, and methodology for assigned regions, making recommendations to the Success & Renewals leadership team.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally on projects assigned by the Leadership team.
  • Participate in recruiting and onboarding new Renewals Managers as the team expands its geographical presence across our business sites.
  • Lead and present at global team meetings.
  • Work with the Customer Operations & Strategy team to continue to refine best-in-class renewal processes.
  • Become an authority on people and processes related to renewals within Poppulo on a global scale.
