As the Senior Manager of Global Merchandising, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing HOKA’s seasonal directives and key initiatives across the global marketplace, ensuring the right product reaches the right place at the right time. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand priorities, implement merchandising strategies, and deliver consumer-driven assortments that align with business goals. Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree
  • Bring 6+ years of merchandising experience in both DTC and Wholesale channels
  • Have strong experience in the footwear and apparel industry, ideally in performance/athletic categories
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of developing and maintaining strong cross-functional partnerships
  • Excel at setting priorities, fostering cohesion, and motivating teams for a unified marketplace view
  • Make focused decisions based on brand integrity and company values
  • Communicate clearly and consistently, both written and verbally
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, confident, and solution-oriented
  • Experienced in matrix organizations and building best practices
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Understand financial measurements and how to impact them
  • Willing and able to travel 10-15% annually

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all key milestones and deliverables within the global merchandising calendar are met on time and within scope
  • Develop seasonal product line plans that align with financial targets and KPIs
  • Define category distribution and segmentation strategies to maximize product reach and availability
  • Build and execute franchise management plans that support long-term brand goals
  • Create seasonal assortments that drive annual sales volume and increase market share
  • Deliver comprehensive End of Season reviews and translate insights into future product and demand creation strategies
  • Maintain ongoing feedback loops with Product and Demand Creation teams to inform decision making
  • Identify opportunities to grow category sales across gender, SKUs, and price architecture
  • Regularly assess the competitive landscape to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of merchandising strategies
  • Influence decision-making and drive consensus across cross-functional teams
  • Support the brand’s focus on delivering a consumer-obsessed, omni-channel experience
