About The Position

The Senior Manager, Global Category Marketing is responsible for the strategic development and measurement of category and campaign marketing that build Crocs' awareness, relevance, and desirability with lifestyle, street, and sport communities. This new role will be the marketing authority in the lifestyle category, driving global product marketing strategy and leading street and sport campaigns from brief to activation. We are looking for a sound product marketer who knows how to build integrated strategies that keep product relevant while scaling key franchises, ensuring all campaigns are insight-driven, consumer-centric, and executed flawlessly. The Senior Manager will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Category Management, Channel Merchandising, Channel Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce, Consumer Insights, and regional marketing teams to achieve significant category growth objectives in key markets around the world.
